We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users ("User", "you", "your"), including parents, guardians, and hosts (activity providers). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you or your child.

A. Information Collected from Parents/Guardians:

Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Name, address, and phone number.
Children’s Information: Name, age/birthdate, interests, and profile pictures. Note: We only collect this information with the explicit, verified consent of the parent or legal guardian.
Location Data: Precise and approximate location data to show you nearby activities and hosts.

B. Information Collected from Hosts (Providers):

Business Information: Business name, social media profiles, and center/facility address.
Personal Information: Host name, phone number, and residential/business address.
Professional Details: Activities conducted, programs hosted, certifications/qualifications, and coaches’ names and biographies.

C. Financial Information:

We use a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay, for processing transactions. We do not collect, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or raw PCI data. Razorpay handles all financial data securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To create and manage user and host accounts.
To facilitate bookings and connect parents with suitable hosts.
To process payments securely via Razorpay.
To provide location-based services and map functionalities.
To ensure App Store and Play Store compliance regarding user safety.
To verify the credentials and certificates of hosts.

3. Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of children is our primary concern. KidDing complies with applicable minor protection laws (including guidelines under the DPDP Act). We do not permit children to create their own accounts. All child data is submitted exclusively by the parent or legal guardian. Parents have the right to review, edit, or request the deletion of their child’s personal data at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following situations:

With Hosts: To facilitate bookings, we share the parent's name, child's relevant details (name, age, interests), and contact information with the booked Host.
With Service Providers: Such as Razorpay for payment processing and cloud hosting services.
Legal Obligations: If required by Indian law, law enforcement, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KidDing, our users, or others.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your PII. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian laws, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for location tracking or data processing via your device settings or by contacting us.
